Is it permissible to pray and consider anything beyond seven days as istihadah, knowing that the age is 49, which is a period said to be for the cessation of menstruation?

The preponderant opinion is that any blood a woman sees during her potential childbearing years is considered menstruation, as long as it does not exceed 15 days. If it exceeds that, it is considered istihadah (definition) (non-menstrual vaginal bleeding). As for the age of menopause, there is no maximum limit for it, according to the preponderant opinion. Based on this, as long as the questioner has not reached the age of menopause and the total number of days she saw blood did not exceed 15 days, then all of it is menstruation. She is not permitted to pray until she sees one of the two signs of purity (dryness or the white discharge).
