What is the Islamic ruling on writing the Arabic language with foreign letters and using numbers instead of some letters, and what is your advice to Muslim youth regarding this?

If the writing is in a language other than Arabic because an Arabic keyboard is unavailable on the devices, there is no harm in that. However, intentionally writing Arabic words with non-Arabic letters when one is able to write in Arabic and there is no need to do otherwise, is blameworthy.
