"PayPal" is a commercial website that allows users to transfer money online and via email. A user can send the received money or transfer it to their bank account. There is no harm in dealing with this website and paying it a commission for the money transfer service. The website takes the commission from the seller, and there is no harm in the seller adding this commission to the price of the goods, provided that the transaction is made with a permissible Visa card.
