Is it permissible to say: "By the truth of the last heavenly messages"?

However, if he intends the religion, then swearing by it is forbidden because it is neither among the names of Allah nor His attributes, and it falls under "whoever swears by other than Allah has committed ." If the speaker intends to ask by the right of "the last of the messages," then if he means the Qur'an, asking by it is like asking by Allah, and jurists have differed regarding its permissibility; some have favored its permissibility, while others consider it disliked or forbidden. But if he intends the religion, then asking by it is forbidden.
