Is it permissible for a preacher to adopt "O Lord, I see no one but You in the universe" as a slogan for Ramadan?

It is obligatory for a Muslim to strive to achieve the purpose of fasting, which is to attain piety, as Allah Almighty says: "O you who have believed, prescribed for you is fasting as it was prescribed for those before you, that you may become righteous" (Al-Baqarah: 183). This is accomplished by adhering to the etiquettes of fasting, avoiding its nullifiers, and increasing good deeds. If the slogan leads to such actions, then it is good; otherwise, it should be abandoned.
