Is it possible to take back a wife who was divorced in absentia via text message, without the need for a "muhallil"?

The husband must repent and seek forgiveness for drinking alcohol. The wife who accused her husband of treachery must also repent for committing a great sin. The divorce pronounced by a drunken husband has two scenarios: If he is aware of what he is saying, his divorce is effective. If he is not aware of what he is saying, the majority of scholars believe the divorce takes effect, while Sheikh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah and some other scholars believe it does not, and this is the more preponderant opinion. If the divorce did not take effect, the husband can reconcile with his wife before the end of her waiting period (iddah).
