Is it permissible for a husband to take back his wife after divorcing her in absentia via telephone while she is still in her waiting period (iddah), and what is the proper formulation for this?

If the husband pronounces a clear divorce statement, being aware and having made a choice, his divorce takes effect. Anger does not prevent its occurrence unless it completely removes one's sanity. Divorce also occurs by uttering it over the phone, even if the wife is not aware of it. If this is the first divorce, the husband can reconcile with his wife before the expiry of her ' by saying: "I have reconciled with you" or "I have reconciled with my wife," and it is recommended to have witnesses for the reconciliation.
