How can a wife be taken back after being divorced by telephone in absentia, following a dispute over the wedding date, knowing that the couple had been in seclusion together?

If the seclusion between you was a valid seclusion (khalwa sahihah), then you may take her back as long as she is within her waiting period (iddah), and it is recommended to have witnesses for the return (raj'ah).
