Is it permissible for a man to be with his wife without covering, and is it permissible to have intercourse in the washroom?

It is permissible for a man to have intercourse with his wife without cover or in the restroom. However, in the latter case, it will entail violating the Sunnah (definition) by not mentioning Allah before intercourse, because the recommended remembrance is: "Bismillah, Allahumma jannibnash-shaytana, wa jannibish-shaytana ma razaqtana" (In the name of Allah, O Allah, keep Satan away from us and keep Satan away from what You have provided for us). It is not permissible to mention Allah in places where one relieves oneself.
