Whoever complains of a small organ in a way that affects his intercourse with his wife, there is no blame upon him for using assistive medications prescribed by specialists. As for using them merely to increase pleasure, this is something we warn against, fearing that it may be an opening for Satan to cause the servant to fall into the forbidden. Regarding the book "The Perfumed Garden," it discusses matters of intercourse and some medications, and it has not been fully read to issue a ruling on it.
