Does a Kaffarat Yameen (expiation for breaking an oath) become obligatory upon someone who swore that his maternal uncle’s wife would not visit them, then retracted his oath, claiming he was in a moment of anger?

Whoever swears to abandon a good deed must retract their oath and perform the good deed, based on the Almighty's saying: "And do not make [your oath by] Allah an obstacle against your doing good, acting piously, and making peace among people." And based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Whoever swears an oath and then sees that something else is better than it, let him do what is better and expiate for his oath." Therefore, whoever retracts their oath by performing a righteous act must offer expiation for an oath.
