Does frequent doubt in prayer, such as doubt regarding the number of rak'ahs or the sitting between the two prostrations, and in purity, such as doubt regarding cleansing oneself after urinating, count as waswasah (whispers from Satan), and do the rulings for those afflicted with waswasah apply to me, and what should be done about this, given the fear that the prayer might not be accepted or that it might be obligatory to repeat it?

If doubts become frequent, they are a form of (whispers from Satan or obsessive thoughts) that should be disregarded. Some jurists even consider the mere occurrence of a doubt once a day as waswas. The best solution for waswas is to distract oneself from it. It is recommended to consistently make supplications (du'a) and show humility (tadarrū') to Allah, and to consult a trusted psychiatrist.
