How can one pray while urine drops continue to fall throughout the day, and is it necessary to change clothes for each prayer, and is it permissible to lead people in prayer in this condition, knowing the frequent presence at work?

A person afflicted with urinary incontinence ( سلس البول) should perform ablution (wudu') for each prayer and place something to prevent the urine from dripping. Then, they should pray in their condition, and whatever drips will not harm them. Scholars have differed concerning their leading the prayer (imamah). It is thus preferable that someone else lead the prayer to avoid disagreement. Their prayer at work does not differ from their prayer in the mosque; they should do as mentioned: perform ablution, place something to prevent the urine from dripping, and then pray.
