If the wife is not their mother, her share of one-eighth goes to her heirs, and the remainder of the house is divided among the children, with the male receiving the share of two females. The house is divided into forty parts: the wife receives one-eighth (five shares), each daughter receives seven shares, and each son receives fourteen shares.
