The answer

It is impermissible to undertake the project and sell it to students for them to submit under their names, because that is forgery and forbidden deception. Allah Almighty says: "And do not cooperate in sin and aggression" (Quran 5:2), and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever deceives us is not of us." A student who succeeds through deception will hold a forged certificate through which he assumes responsibilities while being ignorant, and this is an injustice and betrayal to the Ummah. Students must be advised and the impermissibility of their action explained to them. They can be taught how to complete the project for a fee, but not have it completed for them.
