ما هي المدة القصوى لدخول مكة للمعتمر؟

Whoever intends to perform a ritual (Nusuk) in Mecca, it is not permissible for him to pass the Miqat without being in a state of Ihram. As for someone who intends to go to Mecca for reasons other than ritual, such as trade or visit, it is recommended for him to enter Ihram from the Miqat, but it is not obligatory, unless his entry is for a recurring need, like a woodcutter or a goods transporter, in which case Ihram is not required for them.
