Is what devolved to the two brothers from the sisters' relinquishment, having been coerced into it, of their father's inheritance lawful or unlawful?

If daughters relinquish their share of their father's inheritance unwillingly, then what their brothers take is unlawful, due to the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "The property of a Muslim is not lawful except with his willing consent."
