Do the four daughters and the wife bear a sin if they do not give the paternal uncles and aunts a share of the inheritance, after the legal division of inheritance in court stipulated that the legal heirs are only the four daughters and the wife?

Brothers and sisters are legal heirs unless they are completely disinherited. It is impermissible to deprive them of their legal share based on laws that contradict the Sharia of Allah, for resorting to laws that contradict the Sharia, while knowing their nature, is an evidence of hypocrisy. Depriving heirs of their right is considered devouring people's wealth unjustly, and this is forbidden by Sharia. The judge's ruling does not change the ruling of the inner truth; thus, what is unlawful does not become lawful by a judge's decree. Therefore, the inheritance must be re-divided according to what Allah has legislated.
