The madhhabs (schools of thought) differ regarding contracts and conditions in transactions, and it cannot be definitively stated that a specific is the easiest overall. Ibn Taymiyyah mentioned that the Maliki madhhab is the best of the madhhabs in this chapter, as it permits the sale of what is needed or has little (uncertainty), such as selling vegetable patches in bulk and hidden items in the ground. The Hanbali madhhab is close to it.
