Is the Hadith, "Indeed, the Dajjal is one-eyed, and your Lord is not one-eyed," authentic, despite what it may suggest in terms of a comparison between Allah and the Dajjal?

The statement "And indeed, your Lord is not one-eyed" is not intended as a comparison between Allah Almighty and the Dajjal. Rather, it is a clarification that Allah is free from defects and imperfections, such as being one-eyed, unlike the Dajjal, who claims divinity yet is one-eyed. This is similar to the Quran's negation of human attributes from Allah, such as slumber, sleep, a companion, or a son, which does not imply comparison or deficiency.
