What is the ruling on giving 15 pounds for each case referred from the clinic of the physician participating in the brain and nerve mapping center, in addition to the distribution of profits according to shares?

Profit distribution in Mudarabah (commenda) is determined by the agreement between the partners, whether the capital contributions are equal or different. If there is no prior agreement, profits are distributed based on each partner's capital contribution.
