What is the ruling on jesting with the Qur’an using the mentioned verses, is that considered disbelief (kufr), and what should be done in this case?

What the questioner uttered does not take him out of the fold of Islam; rather, it might be a case of speaking the Qur'an in a way other than what Allah intended, which is disliked by some scholars.
