What is the ruling of Islamic law regarding the refusal of male children to sell the building that is part of the inheritance, and the demand of the five daughters for their share from it through sale?

The heirs must divide the inheritance, and the daughters have a right to their share. The brothers' lease does not prevent the division of the inheritance. If the lease was made by the father during his lifetime at a symbolic price and for a known period, the contract is binding until the end of the term, and the inheritance can be divided while the lease continues. However, if the contract duration was not specified, it is Islamically void, and the estate must be divided.
