Is it considered cheating to hear the answer to a difficult question from another student or from a supervisor, and then write it down on the exam paper?

Writing the answer after unintentionally hearing it from some students, or when the teacher corrects a mistake and the student writes the correct answer based on that, is not considered forbidden cheating.
