The answer

It is obligatory for you to repent to Allah for delaying the beyond its due time. You must pay Zakat on your capital and your share of the profits for the past two years, at a rate of a quarter of a tenth (2.5%), because Zakat is a debt upon you, and you are not absolved until you discharge it.
