There is no evidence for a specific remembrance after performing tayammum. However, Shafi'i jurists have stipulated the desirability of uttering the two Shahadas (declarations of faith) after it, by analogy with ablution (wudu') and ritual bath (ghusl). The two Shahadas intended are: "I bear witness that there is no god but Allah, He is alone without any partner, and I bear witness that Muhammad is His slave and His Messenger."
