As for madhy (pre-seminal fluid), it is a thin, sticky fluid that exits during arousal and does not necessitate ghusl. Wady (post-urination discharge) is a cloudy, thick fluid that exits after urination or carrying heavy objects. Whoever finds semen (discharging frequently or unusually) must consult a doctor. It is not permissible to arouse lust without expelling it through lawful means.
