What is the ruling, according to the Madhhab of Abu Hanifa, regarding one who made his divorce contingent before marriage so that he would not doubt during his prayer, and then doubted whether he had uttered the divorce or not, while he is now preparing for his marriage?

If it is highly probable that the man did not utter the divorce pronouncement, then the default is that it did not occur, because certainty is not dispelled by doubt. He must ignore these whispers (waswas) and continue his marital life normally, as doubting the validity of the marriage contract or its dissolution based on doubt is incorrect. One must be careful not to repeat the question regarding this matter to avoid reinforcing the whispers (waswas).
