This is an offensive term that is not permissible to use against a Muslim, as it constitutes evil speech, indecency, and vulgarity. Allah Almighty has forbidden harming believers and has threatened severe punishment for it. Anyone who uses this term must be admonished, and the severe warning associated with harming a Muslim without any crime committed by them must be explained to them.
