Is it permissible for a woman to wear men's clothes at home in the presence of her mahrams only, and when praying at home?

It is forbidden for a woman to wear men's clothing that is specific to them, and it is considered a major sin due to the severe warning mentioned concerning it. The texts include all types and forms of imitation, so it is not permissible for her to wear such clothes in her home or during prayer. This prohibition is by agreement of the majority of scholars. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, cursed women who imitate men and men who imitate women. However, if the garment is common to both sexes, it is not forbidden to wear it. If a woman wears clothing specific to men, her prayer is valid according to the majority of scholars, as long as it is covering, even though she incurs sin by wearing it.
