How can one accustom himself to good morals and speaking in a low voice?

Good character can be acquired through:

1. Learning and striving for it, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Indeed, knowledge is acquired through learning, and forbearance through cultivating forbearance. And whoever seeks good will be given it, and whoever seeks protection from evil will be protected." 2. Asking Allah Almighty, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Guide me to the best of characters, for none guides to the best of them except You. And turn away from me the evil of them, for none turns away from the evil of them except You." 3. Knowing the danger of bad character, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Indeed, bad character corrupts deeds just as vinegar corrupts honey." 4. Knowing the reward of good character, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Indeed, a man can attain by his good character the rank of one who fasts and prays at night."

An example of this is a woman speaking in a low voice, especially when men are present, for this is part of her good character due to the modesty and decency it entails.
