Is it permissible to place the ovum of the second wife, fertilized with the husband's sperm, into the womb of the first wife who cannot bear children, for it to grow and for her to deliver it, by analogy with the permissibility of breastfeeding?

The method in which the husband's sperm and the wife's ovum are taken and placed in the womb of another woman is unlawful and prohibited (haram). Two resolutions have been issued regarding this: one from the Islamic Fiqh Academy, affiliated with the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, and another from the Islamic Fiqh Council, affiliated with the Muslim World League, both declaring it unlawful.
