How can what is mentioned in the Fiqh Encyclopedia regarding the impermissibility of asking by the Face of Allah or by the right of Allah be reconciled with what is stated in other texts that permit asking Allah by His Noble Face, such as the supplication, "O Allah, I ask You by Your Noble Face and Your Great Name," and with what Sheikh Al-Uthaymeen said about the permissibility of asking Allah by His Noble Face due to the existence of a text?

There is no contradiction between the words of Sheikh Al-Uthaymeen regarding the permissibility of asking Allah by His Noble Face, and what was quoted from the Encyclopedia concerning the impermissibility of asking creatures by it. This is because the first relates to asking Allah Almighty, and the second relates to asking others, which Ibn Hajar Al-Haytami considered among the major sins. Furthermore, there are authentic supplications narrated from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, seeking refuge in the Noble Face of Allah.
