What is the ruling on reading the supplications found in the book "Mafatih al-Faraj"?

The book "Min Mafatih al-Faraj li Tarwih al-Qulub wa Tafrij al-Kurub" (From the Keys to Relief for Soothing Hearts and Dispelling Anguishes) is a contemporary book that contains many violations of Islamic law. Its author is unknown, and his name does not appear in many editions. The book is filled with speaking about Allah without knowledge, and with fabricated and forged hadiths that have no basis. It relies on visions and dreams as sources of legislation, innovates in specifying the number of recitations for dhikr and verses, contains phrases that resemble those of the Batiniyyah (esoteric sects), and refers to books of superstitions, magic, and sorcery, such as "Shams al-Ma'arif."
