What are the matters for which a person is held accountable in their grave?

The reckoning in the grave is a discussion and an investigation. The servant is punished in his grave for every sin that Allah has not forgiven him, if Allah wills it. One should beware of all sins, major and minor. It has been reported that most of the torment of the grave is due to not cleansing oneself from urine. Among the most serious things the deceased encounters in the grave is the questioning by the two angels about three matters.
