A woman is rewarded for suppressing her anger just like a man, based on the Almighty’s saying: "And whoever does righteous deeds, whether male or female, while being a believer - those will enter Paradise, and will not be wronged even by the speck on a date seed." Thus, she shares with a man the fundamental principle of reward. This includes the Hadith: "And whoever suppresses his anger… Allah will fill his heart with contentment on the Day of Resurrection." The phrase "until Allah gives him the choice of the houris he desires" means that he chooses from among the houris presented to him. The reward for suppressing anger includes anyone who suppresses his anger, even if only once.
