What is the meaning of reliance upon Allah, and how can a person truly be among those who rely upon Him, and what is the reported supplication for increasing sustenance and fulfilling needs?

Trust in Allah (Tawakkul) is the heart's reliance on the One entrusted, and it is not complete without strength of heart and certainty. It does not mean abandoning means, but rather one must strive to remove harm and achieve benefits.

To increase sustenance and fulfill needs, there are reported supplications: 1. The supplication for worry, grief, and debt: "O Allah, I seek refuge in You from worry and grief, and I seek refuge in You from inability and laziness, and I seek refuge in You from cowardice and stinginess, and I seek refuge in You from the overwhelming burden of debt and the subjugation of men." 2. The supplication for repaying debt: "O Allah, suffice me with Your lawful provisions instead of Your unlawful ones, and enrich me with Your bounty, sparing me from needing anyone other than You."
