What is the ruling on a woman remaining with her husband in the home, breastfeeding their child in front of him, and sitting without hijab, when they have agreed to divorce but are compelled to stay together to repay debts?

If the husband did not issue a divorce, and the matter was merely an agreement to issue it in the future, then the marital bond remains, and the wife is still considered a wife. Her husband is permitted to do with her what is permitted for a man with his wife, and each of them has rights and duties like any married couple. Divorce should not be the solution unless all means of reconciliation have been exhausted. If reconciliation and cohabitation with kindness are possible, even through overlooking and compromising, that is more preferable, especially when there are children.
