Is destroying or hacking pornographic and perverted websites forbidden or permissible?

The proliferation of pornographic websites is a great tribulation that threatens humanity, and it necessitates enjoining what is right and forbidding what is wrong. There is no sanctity for tools of corruption in Sharia, and it is permissible to destroy them. The destruction of these websites is the responsibility of states and institutions, not individuals, through blocking them and raising awareness, to avoid the dangers that individuals might face when attempting to do so.
