Is the work of the second wife with the husband in his company counted as part of the fairness between wives in terms of time, especially with the husband's delay in returning home and his preoccupation?

A husband must be just in distributing his time among his wives. This means spending a night with each one. The fundamental principle for this distribution is the night, with the day being secondary to it. However, the day can be considered primary for someone whose work nature is at night. It is not permissible for a husband to enter the house of a wife who does not have her turn at night except out of necessity, or during the day except out of need, without engaging in intercourse or prolonging his stay. Therefore, if the husband only sees his other wife at work and does not violate justice in the distribution of time and overnight stays, and does not exceed work hours to sit with her, then there is no harm upon him.
