What is the ruling on an Islamic bank withdrawing from credit cards (when purchasing with them) while the winner receives a car?

It is permissible to participate in a free lottery if the participant does not pay a sum for their entry, regardless of the value of the prize, provided that the prize is permissible to use. It must be ascertained that the bank is Islamic and that the Visa card and its conditions are compliant with Islamic Sharia, otherwise, it is not permissible to acquire it except out of dire necessity.
