Does a person witness their entire life—including their words, deeds, self-talk, thoughts, and feelings—in the grave, during the throes of death, and on the Day of Resurrection?

The Hereafter reveals what a person did in this worldly life, and their limbs and the earth will testify to their actions. In it, secrets are tested, and what is in the hearts becomes visible on faces, and what was hidden becomes manifest and a spectacle for all. It is more fitting for a Muslim to concern themselves with what will save them from the distress of the grave and the Hereafter, and that is through fearing Allah, obeying Him, and striving for righteous deeds. A man once asked the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) about the time of the Hour, and the Prophet guided him to what he should prepare for it, because what is important is preparation for the Day of Judgment, not knowing its time.
