Is it obligatory to repeat the Asr prayer after becoming able to pronounce the letter "raa" if the prayer was performed with a speech impediment and before its time expired?

The prayer of a person with a speech impediment is valid without dispute if he prays alone or as a follower. His imamate is valid according to the most preponderant opinion, as long as this is his capability. And whoever prays according to his capacity is not required to repeat the prayer, even if his pronunciation improves later, due to the Almighty's saying: (So fear Allah as much as you are able), and the saying of Sheikh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah: "Whoever performs an act of worship as commanded, according to his capacity, is not required to repeat it."
