Where is a fetus, two and a half months old and incomplete, that was removed at home, to be buried?

The miscarried fetus whose formation is evident must be buried. Scholars have unanimously agreed on the preference for burying it in a cemetery, and some have disliked burying it at home. Al-Mawwaq reported from Malik the disapproval of burying a miscarried fetus in a house, explaining that it is not safe from being exhumed with the transfer of properties. The author of "Al-Durr al-Mukhtar" stated that it is not appropriate to bury the deceased in a house, even if it is a child, because this sunnah is exclusive to prophets.
