Is it permissible for a woman to dye her hair blonde?

"No prohibition has been reported from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, regarding dyeing hair except with black color. Other colors, such as blonde and brown, are permissible for women, provided there is no imitation of disbelievers or wicked women. Sheikh Ibn Uthaymeen stated that the basic ruling for dyeing hair with colors other than black is permissibility, unless it reaches a degree of imitating the heads of disbelieving, immoral, and wicked women, in which case it becomes unlawful."
