Did the divorce occur when the husband allowed his wife to go to her uncle's funeral, after he had sworn an oath of divorce that she would not go to any funeral?

It was mentioned in previous fatwas that swearing an oath of divorce upon one's wife, related to her performing or not performing a certain action, falls under the ruling of conditional divorce and cannot be retracted. If the wife performs the action sworn upon, the divorce takes place, whether the husband permits it or not. This is unless the husband had a specific intention, in which case that intention is acted upon, such as his intention to prevent her from attending a specific funeral for a limited period, or if the reason for prevention ceases to exist.
