Does the appearance of yellow discharge necessitate re-observing the fast for the days when the blood flow stopped?

Yellowish or brownish discharge is not considered menses unless it occurs during the accustomed period or is connected to blood. If the yellowish discharge appears outside the time of menstruation, the fast is valid and does not require making up. However, if it appears during the time of menstruation, and its duration reaches a day and a night (the minimum duration of menses), then it is considered menses and requires making up the fast; otherwise, it does not.
