What is the ruling regarding someone who suffers from excessive flatulence, which affects the completion of their ablution and their concentration in prayer due to feeling that something has been emitted without being certain of it?

This whispering is from Satan to corrupt the Muslim's worship. It must be abandoned, and one should not leave the prayer or repeat ablution unless a sound is heard or a smell is perceived, because the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "If any of you finds something in his stomach and is unsure whether something has come out of him or not, he should not leave the mosque until he hears a sound or perceives a smell." The intention is to ascertain the emission of impurity, and as long as there remains the slightest doubt, the purity is valid.
