What is the ruling on the action of a brother who collected money and an inheritance from his deceased father's estate and spent it on himself, his sisters, and his mother, refusing to give the remaining heirs their share, claiming that part of the inheritance is for the daughters and the mother?

Your brother made a grave mistake by depriving you and your siblings of your father's inheritance, because all that the deceased leaves behind is divided among his heirs after settling debts and executing wills. Therefore, you both have the right to demand your share, and if he refuses, you may take the matter to the Sharia court. He must repent to Allah, for what he took from the share of your mother and sisters is not his right, as "the property of a Muslim person is not lawful without his willing consent."
