What is the ruling on a woman going to a male doctor when there is a specialized female doctor available?

If the specialization and skill are equal between a man and a woman, then the woman should not go to the man. However, if the man is more skilled or his specialization is deeper, there is no harm for her to go to him, even if there is a woman [available]; because this is a necessity, and necessity permits that.
